Your reader should not struggle to understand your documents. They should be able to understand what you wrote after reading it once.

This course will show you how to achieve this by analysing your reader, using an assertive tone, and making your document easy to read.

We will show you how to use the tools in Microsoft Office to test the readability of your document. We will also show you how to improve the readability of your writing.

Do you want to get your point across clearly and concisely? If so, this course is for you.
