Paul is a former senior officer in the Australian Army, who now works as a learning consultant. Paul specialises in workplace communication.
As a senior officer, Paul wrote for every level of government, from routine emails to ministerial briefs and reports. Along the way, he learned a lot of lessons about writing. In this course, he will share some of those lessons and show you how to avoid the mistakes made by many workplace writers.
How long is the course? This course will take one to two hours to complete.
Do I need to do any pre-course work? No – you can jump in and start straight away.
Are there any tests or assessments? We have included several quizzes in the course, but there are no assessments.
Can I use my own documents in the course? We have used our own example documents in the course, but you can easily apply the lessons to your own documents as well.
How long do I have to access the course? There is no time-limit to your enrolment. You can come back to the course at any time.
Can I do this course at home? Yes – we will ask you for an email address when you enrol, but you can do this course at work, at home or even on your phone.
